Submitting a Copyright Notice
To submit a copyright notice, please provide the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient for Fleet to locate the material. This may include a screenshot, aircraft page, flight page, user profile, photo description, URL, or other identifying information.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
If a notice does not include enough information for Fleet to identify the allegedly infringing material or otherwise does not substantially comply with the requirements above, Fleet may be unable to process the request until additional information is provided.
Upon receiving a valid copyright notice, Fleet may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and may notify the user who uploaded it.
Removal or disabling of access to content in response to a copyright notice does not mean that Fleet has determined that the content is infringing or that Fleet admits any liability.

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated copyright agent.
A counter-notification should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, the judicial district in which Fleet App LLC may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original copyright notice or their agent.
Fleet may restore removed material in accordance with applicable law.
Forwarding Notices
Fleet may forward copyright notices, counter-notifications, and related communications, including the contact information provided, to the user who uploaded the content, the complaining party, legal advisors, service providers, or others as reasonably necessary to process the request, protect rights, or comply with law.
Repeat Infringers
Fleet may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or repeatedly upload content they do not have the right to use.
Misrepresentations
Please note that submitting false or misleading copyright notices or counter-notifications may result in legal liability. You should consider seeking legal advice before submitting a notice or counter-notification.
